As a guide:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Performance at 17:00 or 18:00<\/strong> (often on Sundays): even a long opera ends at around 20:30 or 21:30. You have plenty of time for dinner: book between 21:00 and 21:45.<\/li><li><strong>Concert or recital at 19:30<\/strong>: if it runs for about two hours, you will make it. Book between 21:45 and 22:15.<\/li><li><strong>Long opera at 19:30<\/strong>: it can end at around 23:00, when the kitchen is already closed. On that day, come for lunch before the performance: we serve from 13:00 to 16:30.<\/li><\/ul><p>The last booking is at 22:15 and the kitchen takes orders until 22:30; after that you are welcome to linger over dessert and wine. In the evening we open at 20:00, which is why there is no dinner service before an evening performance.
