Contact: info@canlluis.com.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Purpose.<\/strong> To ensure the safety of people, property and the premises, and to prevent or investigate theft, assault or damage. The images are not used for any other purpose.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legal basis.<\/strong> The controller\u2019s legitimate interest in protecting people and property (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and Art. 22 LOPDGDD.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What is recorded.<\/strong> Images of the dining rooms, kitchen and entrances, by CCTV cameras. No sound is recorded. The inside of the toilets, changing rooms and rest areas is not recorded; only the corridor leading to the toilets (walkway and shared washbasin) is recorded. Outdoor cameras capture only the entrance door and the immediate strip of the fa\u00e7ade, without covering the street or neighbouring premises.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Retention period.<\/strong> Images are automatically deleted within one month of being recorded (Art. 22.3 LOPDGDD). If they capture an event that may constitute an offence, they are kept for as long as necessary and made available to the competent authority.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recipients.<\/strong> Images are only disclosed to the police and to courts when they request them. In addition, the private security company GRUPO CONTROL EMPRESA DE SEGURIDAD, S.A. (CIF A04038014), which operates the alarm receiving centre and is registered under no. 989 in the General Register of Security Companies, has access to the images as a data processor under a contract in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, and only processes the data on our instructions. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your rights.<\/strong> You can request access to images in which you appear, their erasure, or object to the processing by writing to info@canlluis.com, stating the date, time slot and a photo of yourself so we can locate you.
